About Craig Capurso

Craig is a leader whose resume is as diverse as it is successful. From painting houses after college to trading oil on Wall St, Craig (aka MEAT) found fame and fortune in fitness. Craig dedicated his early career to building his street cred as a cover model, bodybuilder, and fitness author, but found fulfillment outside himself by getting other people results. Now Craig dedicates most of his time to leading men and women through midlife slumps, optimizing their minds, body, and spirits with a battle plan. Craig is a Christian husband Married to Wendy Lee and a father to Faviana JoLee.

Active Projects:

• Coach & Author of My Battle Plan. Craig and team provides client’s the training system & support to help folks love the way they look, feel the way they should, and find fulfillment in their day to rest well when their heads hit the pillow at night. Craig believes the key to living a fulfilled life is to elevate your Faith, Fitness, Fellowships, and Freedoms.
• Craig owns a Franchise Gym Called Rockbox Fitness, a group fitness facility specializing in Kickboxing and Functional training with a Fight Club meets Night Club feel.
• Co-Founder of Metron Innovation Group, a fitness software platform that helps coaches build and deliver their training plans with user-generated personalization via an app.
• Podcast Host at My Battle Plan, where he talks about Faith, Fitness, Family, and Current Events.
